本文对三维刚塑性有限元模拟理论及有关技术问题进行了系统的研究,针对模拟过程中的模具型腔曲面几何描述,动态接触边界处理等关键技术提出了有效的算法,开发了相应的三维模拟软件。并以球冲头压缩方坯和曲轴成形为例进行了模拟,计算结果表明所提出的算法和软件系统是可行的。
In this paper, the three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element simulation theory and related technical problems are systematically studied. An effective algorithm is proposed for the key technologies such as the geometric description of the cavity surface of the mold and the dynamic contact boundary treatment, and the corresponding three-dimensional simulation software. The simulation of ball billet compression billet and crankshaft forming is given. The calculation results show that the proposed algorithm and software system are feasible.
