Introduction This study has two purposes. One is to draw attention to the possibility of some newly discovered lead isotope geochemical methods in the study of deposits in the past few years and the second is the recent acquisition of the Institute of Geology, Rocks, Mineral and Geochemistry (IGEM) of the Soviet Academy of Sciences The lead isotope data for some endogenous deposits in the Indian Shield are discussed.
