随着现代化企业的飞速发展,企业对工商类管理人才的要求也越来越高了。但是目前我国的企业工商管理类的人才培养却存在着一系列的问题,比如课程的设置缺乏科学性、人才培养的目标不明确,以及缺乏创新意识等,这些因素对我国企业的发展有重大的影响,因此,对其加以改进对提高企业工商管理的水平,提高企业的效益有着重要的意义。 With the rapid development of modern enterprises, the requirements of business management talents are getting higher and higher. However, at present, there are a series of problems in the training of business administration in our country, such as the lack of scientific setting of curriculum, the unclear goal of personnel training and the lack of awareness of innovation.
