本文以市管水利泵闸控制系统为基础,进行了水利泵闸自动化控制系统的研究设计。在深入研究基于PLC控制器、SCADA系统技术原理和泵闸自动化技术特点后,分析开发并实施了以PLC控制器处理器为硬件核心、以SCADA系统为软件核心的泵闸站自动化系统,具有中央监视和调度、数字化、分布式数据采集、分层数据传输、多种显示方式的数据采集及设备控制的功能。本项目在自动化、网络技术、视频技术、数据分析等关键技术的基础上,对泵闸远程监控系统进行了深人的分析与探讨,研究了针对大规模、广流域泵闸站的自动化控制、视频监视、远程调度等技术内容及其控制方式,并在此基础上设计了一套泵站群远程监控控制系统成功运用于上海市市管泵闸站。本项目的实施提高了市管泵闸站的自动化程度,对泵闸站运行的各种指标、长期跟踪、检测和记录,随时发现问题可随时加以解决。同时记录下来的数据也成为设备开发和性能改善的依据。本次自动化项目实施,大大减少了事故的发生,提高的现场管理水平,减少了现场管理工作人员的日常工作量。
In this paper, based on the control system of Shiguan water conservancy pump gate, the research and design of the automatic control system of water conservancy pump gate was carried out. In-depth study based on the PLC controller, SCADA system technology principles and characteristics of pump automation technology, analysis and development and implementation of a PLC controller processor as the hardware core to SCADA system as the core software pump station automation system, with the central Monitoring and scheduling, digital, distributed data acquisition, hierarchical data transmission, a variety of display data acquisition and device control functions. Based on the key technologies of automation, network technology, video technology and data analysis, this project deeply analyzes and discusses the remote monitoring system of pump gate, and studies the automatic control of pump gate station in large-scale and wide- Video surveillance, remote scheduling and other technical content and control methods, and on this basis, designed a set of remote monitoring and control system pumping station group successfully applied to the Shanghai Municipal Pump Station. The implementation of this project has improved the degree of automation of the Municipality Pumping Station, and has continuously tracked, tested and recorded all kinds of indicators of the operation of the Pumping Station. Any problems found at any time can be solved at any time. The data recorded at the same time has also become the basis for device development and performance improvement. The implementation of this automation project has greatly reduced the occurrence of accidents and raised the level of on-site management, reducing the daily workload of on-site management staff.
