本文提出氰乙酸甲酯代替氰乙酸乙酯合成贝美格的方法,使该产品总收率由28%提高至40%,熔点从124～126℃提高至126～128℃,达到英国药典标准。
In this paper, methylated cyanoacetic ester was used instead of ethyl cyanoacetate to synthesize pomegranac. The total yield of the product was increased from 28% to 40%. The melting point increased from 124 ~ 126 ℃ to 126 ~ 128 ℃ and reached the British Pharmacopoeia standard.
