文章综述了海藻龙须菜多糖化学结构及其生理药理等方面的研究现状,包括龙须菜多糖组成、化学结构、提取方法、分离纯化、生理活性及药用活性。研究表明龙须菜多糖主要由琼二糖、琼胶糖前体和6—OCH3-琼二糖组成,除具有提高免疫力、抗氧化、抗突变等活性外,还有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、降血糖、降血脂的药用价值。龙须菜多糖研究成果为其在药食领域的开发应用奠定研究基础,为提高龙须菜多糖深加工提供较好的科研支持。
In this paper, the current research status of the chemical structure and physiology and pharmacology of Gracilaria lemaneiformis were summarized, including polysaccharide composition, chemical structure, extraction method, isolation and purification, physiological activity and medicinal activity. Studies have shown that Gracilaria lemaneiformis mainly consists of agarobiose, agarose precursor and 6-OCH3-agarobiose composition, in addition to improve immunity, anti-oxidation, anti-mutation activity, but also anti-tumor, anti-virus, Hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic medicinal value. Gracilaria lemane polysaccharides research achievements for its development and application in the field of medicine and medicine to lay the foundation for the research, in order to improve the further processing of Gracilaria polysaccharides to provide better scientific research support.
