目的:探讨霍奇金病骨髓转移瘤细胞的来源。方法:对1例Hodgkin病骨髓转移瘤细胞进行系列细胞化学染色。结果:瘤细胞主要细胞化学染色结果为糖原(PAS)染色弥漫弱阳性、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)染色阳性、酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)染色阳性、非特异性酯酶(NAE)染色弱阳性;免疫细胞化学染色CD68阳性。结论:ANAE、NAE阳性反应及细胞膜CD68阳性表达显示瘤细胞来源于T淋巴细胞,同时也具有单核-巨噬细胞系统的特征。
Objective: To investigate the origin of bone marrow metastasis cells in Hodgkin’s disease. Methods: A series of cytochemical staining was performed on one patient with Hodgkin’s disease and bone marrow metastasis. Results: The main cytochemical staining results of tumor cells were diffusely weakly positive in PAS staining, positive in acid phosphatase (ACP) staining, positive in acid ANAE staining and non-specific esterase (NAE) staining Weak positive; Immunocytochemical staining CD68 positive. Conclusion: The positive reaction of ANAE and NAE and the positive expression of CD68 on the membrane suggest that the tumor cells are derived from T lymphocytes and also have the characteristics of monocyte - macrophage system.
