十年动乱使我院设计工作的水平踏步不前,与国际先进水平相比,差距被拉大了。为了设计工作现代化,不能不急起直追。七十年代国际上技术发展是相当快的十年,尤其是电子计算机技术的发展,使系统工程在矿业中的应用能在实际中推广,使矿山工作达到系统最优化的目标。我院采矿室与清华大学自动化系协作,以金堆城矿为对象,共同研究“系统工程在露天矿设计中的应用”这一专题,其主要内容初步拟定为:
Ten years of turmoil in our hospital design work step by step, compared with the international advanced level, the gap has been widened. In order to design the work of modernization, can not be caught up in a hurry. In the 1970s, the technological development in the world was quite fast. In particular, the development of electronic computer technology enabled the systematic application of the project in mining to be promoted in practice so that the work of mining could achieve the goal of system optimization. Our institute cooperates with Department of Automation of Tsinghua University to study the topic of “Application of Systematic Engineering in Surface Mine Design” to Jinduicheng Mine. The main contents of the project are as follows:
