采用SEM 研究AlTiC中间合金细化高纯铝时产生的异质晶核核心,并对细化机理进行了讨论。结果表明,晶粒核心为富Ti、C的颗粒团,在颗粒表面有许多突起的小颗粒。在以颗粒团为中心形成的晕圈和枝晶中存在Ti 的成分梯度。
The heterogeneous nucleation sites of AlTiC master alloy produced during the refinement of high purity aluminum were investigated by SEM, and the mechanism of refinement was discussed. The results show that the grain core is rich in Ti and C particles, and there are many protruding small particles on the surface of the grain. There is a compositional gradient of Ti in the halo and dendrite formed around the particle clusters.
