该文针对高效集约的城市发展需求,以街区尺度为着眼点,在案例研究的基础上,利用热环境模拟分析软件探索建筑密度与街区热环境的内在联系。通过实验对比发现建筑密度提升,能够在日间(8:00—18:00)和全天(1:00—24:00)降低街区的热岛强度。证明适度提高建筑密度对街区热环境有改善作用,高密度紧凑发展模式下的街区热环境是可实现可接受的。通过该研究,在城市设计中可对日间、夜间街区热环境进行综合考量,选择合适的密度,以保证街区热环境的安全和舒适。
Based on the case study, this paper aims at the demand of highly efficient and intensive urban development. Based on the case study, this paper uses the thermal environment simulation software to explore the relationship between the building density and the thermal environment in neighborhoods. The experimental comparison shows that the increase of building density can reduce the heat island intensity of blocks in daytime (8: 00-18: 00) and all day (1: 00-24: 00). It is proved that moderately increasing the building density can improve the thermal environment in the neighborhood and the block thermal environment in the high-density and compact development mode can be achieved acceptable. Through this research, we can make a comprehensive consideration of the thermal environment in daytime and nighttime blocks in urban design, and select the appropriate density to ensure the safety and comfort of the thermal environment in the block.
