针对某翅片管换热器的设计开发,应用RNG k-模型及SIMPLE算法,研究了侧置梯形翼纵向涡发生器的翅片管换热器和平直翅片管换热器在顺排和叉排两种排列方式下其流动与换热耦合特性。在雷诺数500~4 000的范围内,采用侧置梯形翼涡流发生器,顺排布置时,翅片管换热器综合性能因子提高了9.43%~22.67%,叉排布置时,综合性能因子提高了4.89%~14.87%。研究结果表明,侧置梯形翼涡流发生器可以有效地改善温度场和速度场的协同性,提高其换热能力,为设计高性能换热装置提供了参考。
Aiming at the design and development of a finned tube heat exchanger, the RNG k-model and the SIMPLE algorithm are used to study the performance of the finned tube heat exchanger and the straight fin tube heat exchanger with side trapezoidal longitudinal vortex generator.
