人体健康问题至关重要。在决定人体健康的诸多因素中,健康的生活方式最为重要。健康生活方式远比医疗条件更重要,成为人类的共识。尽管健康生活方式的定义言人人殊,但肥胖、烟酒等不良嗜好、饮食结构不合理及不良习惯危害人体健康则是毋庸置疑的。对个体而言,如何拒绝生活中的不良嗜好、远离容易上瘾的东西是健康之根本;对社会和国家而言,如何提高社会福利、生活条件,提高人们的受教育程度,营造和谐的社会氛围则是提高民众健康水平的保证。
Human health issues are crucial. Among the many factors that determine human health, a healthy lifestyle is most important. Healthy lifestyle is far more important than medical conditions, as human consensus. Although the definition of a healthy lifestyle makes an extraordinary speech, there is no doubt that bad habits, such as obesity, tobacco and alcohol, unreasonable diet and poor habits endanger human health. For the individual, how to reject bad habits in life and stay away from addictive things is the root of health; how to improve social welfare and living conditions, improve people’s education level and create a harmonious social atmosphere for the society and the country? It is to improve people’s health assurance.
