非英语专业“专升本”函授生的“大学英语”教学中存在的种种问题和困 难制约了英语教学的效果。只有针对实际情况，确立明确的教学目标，积极发掘教师 和学生的潜能，才是解决问题的根本所在。
The problems and difficulties in the teaching of “college English” in non-English majors are restricted the effectiveness of English teaching. Only in view of the actual situation, establishing a clear teaching goal and actively exploring the potentials of teachers and students is the fundamental solution to the problem.
