目的研究影响刺蓝抗疲劳口服液提取工艺因素,确定最佳条件。方法采用L9(34)进行正交设计试验,对刺蓝抗疲劳口服液提取工艺进行优选,以紫丁香苷、人参皂苷Rb1提取量及浸膏提取率为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间、药材粒径对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳工艺条件为饮片加水煎煮二次,第一次加10倍水,煎煮2h,第二次加8倍水,煎煮1.5h。结论该工艺稳定可靠,简便易行,可用于刺蓝抗疲劳口服液的工业化生产。
Objective To study the factors influencing the extraction process of anti-fatigue oral liquid and to determine the optimum conditions. Methods L9 (34) was used for orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction process of acanthopanax senticosus oral liquid. The results showed that the extraction rate of ginsenoside, ginsenoside Rb1, Influence of particle size on extraction process. Results The optimum conditions for the Pieces boiling water twice, the first plus 10 times the water, boiling 2h, the second plus 8 times the water, boiling 1.5h. Conclusion The process is stable and reliable, simple and easy to use, can be used for industrial production of anti-fatigue oral liquid blue spire.
