当前,在一些地方的信访工作中,存在着“哄、拖、推”的现象,这不仅不利于问题的解决,影响党和人民群众的关系,而且是造成越级上访、带来许多意料不到的社会问题的重要原因。笔者通过信访工作的切身体会,感到一名信访工作人员应该做到热心接待,耐心听诉,细心寻问,诚心协调,将心比心,换位思考。只有这样才能使上访者的合理要求得以解决。一要热心。就是对来访群众要热情接待,态度和蔼。不能“门难进、脸难看、话难说、事难办”。一般群众到县委上访往往是不得已而为之,是对党抱着信任和希望而来的,我们不能冷眼相看,更不能拒之于门外。
