微小核糖核酸(miRNA)的调控异常可见于多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程中,其调节通路中相关基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)通过对miRNA的表达及靶位的调节在原发性肝癌(PLC)的发展中发挥着重要作用。本文分别从合成与加工miRNA相关基因SNP、转录miRNA基因SNP以及miRNA靶位基因SNP阐述miRNA调节通路基因多态性在PLC中的临床意义。
The abnormal regulation of miRNAs can be found in the occurrence and development of many malignant tumors. The single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of related genes in the regulation pathway are regulated by the expression of miRNAs and the regulation of target sites. Hepatic hepatocellular carcinoma (PLC) plays an important role in the development. The purpose of this study is to describe the clinical significance of miRNA regulatory pathway gene polymorphism in the synthesis and processing of miRNA related SNP, miRNA SNP and miRNA target SNP.
