通过田间试验,研究了苯醚·丙环唑30%乳油在稻田中的残留动态过程,借助残留分析方法和气相色谱技术,得到添加回收率为80.1%~120.0%。苯醚甲环唑在稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的半衰期分别为0.86、2.27、4.08d;丙环唑的半衰期分别为0.78、2.10、3.47d,说明这两种农药在稻田环境中易降解。最终残留试验结果表明苯醚·丙环唑30%乳油在推荐剂量条件下施药,农药的残留量不会对环境和人体的健康造成影响。
Field experiments were conducted to study the residual dynamic process of 30% emulsifiable solution of phenyl ether and propiconazole in paddy field. The residual recoveries and the GC recoveries were 80.1% ~ 120.0%. The half-lives of difenoconazole in paddy field water, soil and rice plants were 0.86, 2.27 and 4.08 d, respectively. The half-lives of propiconazole were 0.78, 2.10 and 3.47 d, respectively, indicating that these two pesticides were easily degraded in paddy field . The final residue test results showed that the phenyl ether propiconazole 30% EC was applied at the recommended dosage and the pesticide residue would not affect the environment and human health.
