彼得德鲁克说过,当今企业之间的竞争不是产品之间的竞争,而是商业模式之间的竞争。日益稀薄的利润已经使众多企业纷纷开始寻找新的出路,中国的消费市场异常庞大且比较低端,而且从总体上看中国的消费市场还没有饱和,普通消费者享受到的商品数量还很有限,商业普及程度相对较低,在这种情况下企业要挖掘新的需求,引领用户需求而非迎合消费者,即创新商业模式就显得尤为重要。本文主要分析了乐视的商业模式,进而围绕构成商业模式的五大主要因素阐述了企业商业模式创新的方式方法。
