作者利用计算机辅助的细胞核形态定量分析技术,测定了39例根治性切除的贲门癌病人的癌细胞核平均截面积(A)和平均核圆形因子(NRF)。贲门癌组的癌细胞核A和NRF明显大于正常对照组(P<0.05);贲门癌侵及胃壁全层或更深和有局部淋巴结转移者,其细胞核A显著大于仅侵及肌层和无局部淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);男性贲门癌的A显著大于女性。结果提示:该法可以用于贲门癌的诊断和鉴别诊断,可以作为贲门癌预后的参考指标。
Using computer-assisted nuclear quantitative analysis techniques, the authors determined the average nuclear cross-sectional area (A) and average nuclear circularity factor (NRF) in 39 patients with radical resection of cardiac cancer. The cardiac cancer A and NRF in the cardia cancer group were significantly greater than those in the normal control group (P<0.05). Cardiac cancer invaded the full layer of the gastric wall or deeper and had regional lymph node metastasis, and the nucleus A was significantly larger than only invading the myometrium and not Patients with regional lymph node metastasis (P<0.05); A in male cardiac cancer was significantly greater than in females. The results suggest that this method can be used for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cardiac cancer and can be used as a reference index for the prognosis of cardiac cancer.
