本文基于在盐酸介质中 ,草酸可以加速重铬酸钾氧化丁基罗丹明B的反应 ,使体系荧光猝灭 ,建立了荧光动力学法测定草酸含量的新方法。方法的线性范围为 1 2 0~ 10 0 μg·mL-1,将方法用于菠菜中草酸含量的测定 ,结果满意。
Based on the fact that oxalic acid accelerates the reaction of butyl rhodamine B with potassium dichromate and quenches the fluorescence of the system in hydrochloric acid medium, a new method for the determination of oxalic acid content by fluorescence kinetics is established. The linear range of the method was 120 ~ 100 μg · mL-1. The method was applied to the determination of oxalic acid in spinach with satisfactory results.
