目的 :在小梁切除术中联合应用丝裂霉素和透明质酸钠 ,观察术后前房 ,眼压的恢复和控制情况。方法 :通过对 3 5例 3 7只眼 ,术中使用 0 .2 %的丝裂霉素棉片放置于巩膜瓣下 3分钟 ,手术将结束时 ,前房注入透明质酸钠。结果 :术后仅 2例前房形成不好 ,4例眼压控制不满意。绝大部分病例的眼压控制在较低水平。结论 :术中联合应用丝裂霉素及透明质酸钠 ,可提高青光眼滤过手术的成功率和安全性 ,减少并发症的发生。 Objective: In combination with mitomycin and sodium hyaluronate during trabeculectomy, the recovery and control of anterior chamber and intraocular pressure were observed. Methods: 35 cases of 37 eyes, intraoperative use of 0.2% mitomycin cotton sheets placed in the scleral flap for 3 minutes, the end of surgery, anterior chamber injection of sodium hyaluronate. Results: Only 2 cases of anterior chamber after the formation of poor, 4 cases of intraocular pressure control is not satisfied. Conclusion: Intraoperative combination of mitomycin and sodium hyaluronate can improve the success rate and safety of glaucoma filtration surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.
