为了研究集料的抗滑耐磨性能,为渝湘路抗滑表层集料的选择提供依据,针对保家O1h石灰岩、武隆巷口砂岩、重庆市的花岗岩以及江苏的玄武岩等集料进行了磨耗值、压碎值、冲击值、磨光值等指标的试验研究。并对沿线料场的石灰岩集料进行了试验路段的考察。结果表明:石英砂岩、石灰岩均属于坚硬岩石,其磨耗值、冲击值、压碎值、坚固性、磨光值均能满足规范要求,就抗滑耐磨性指标而言4种集料性能无明显差异。渝沙路试验段的考察表明,在满足抗滑耐磨性指标的前提下,软化点较弱的石灰岩集料,也能直接用于抗滑表层。
In order to study the anti-skid and wear resistance of aggregates, this paper provides a basis for the selection of anti-slip surface aggregates in Yu-Xiang Road. The results are as follows: the aggregates of Baojia O1h limestone, Wulong albedo sandstone, granite in Chongqing and basalt in Jiangsu Wear value, crushing value, impact value, polishing value and other indicators of experimental study. The limestone aggregate along the material yard was inspected for the test section. The results show that both quartz sandstone and limestone belong to hard rock, and their wear value, impact value, crushing value, firmness and polish value can meet the requirements of the specification. The investigation of the test section of Yu Sha Road shows that the limestone aggregate with weaker softening point can also be directly applied to the anti-slip surface under the premise of meeting the indexes of anti-slip and wear resistance.
