文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法等研究方法,对健身气功引入高校公共体育课程进行了实践和研究。研究结果表明:健身气功动作生动形象,简单易学,运动负荷适中。将健身气功引入高校公共体育课程,不仅提高了学生的体质健康水平,而且丰富了高校公共体育课程的内容,促进教学改革,有利于校园文化的建设。
The article uses literature research, interview, questionnaire, experiment and other research methods to carry out the practice and research on Health Qigong introduced into public physical education in colleges and universities. The results show that: Health Qigong exercise vivid image, easy to learn, moderate exercise load. The introduction of Health Qigong to public physical education in colleges and universities not only improves students’ physical fitness, but also enriches the content of public physical education in colleges and universities, promotes teaching reform and is conducive to the construction of campus culture.
