目的对一体化管理用于社区儿童保健的效果进行分析和评价。方法以东莞市麻涌镇社区卫生服务中心为试点,联合公安户籍部门、计生部门以及居委会等部门对该社区发放调查问卷800份,有效回收780份,通过调查问卷的结果对该社区在一体化管理前后儿童保健的建卡率和健康知识得分进行对比分析。结果在一体化管理前,我社区本市户籍儿童保健建卡率为94.89%,非本市户籍儿童保健建卡率为37.55%;一体化管理后,我社区本市户籍儿童保健建卡率为96.72%,非本市户籍儿童保健建卡率为83.00%。一体化管理后该社区本市户籍儿童保健建卡率明显提高。一体化管理前,我社区儿童和家长的健康知识得分分别为(5.01±2.65)分和(5.69±2.64)分,一体化管理后,我社区儿童和家长的健康知识得分分别为(6.67±2.53)分和(6.36±2.53)分。一体化管理后,我社区儿童和家长的健康知识得分明显高于一体化管理前的健康知识得分。差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论一体化管理在社区儿童保健方面有十分良好的应用效果,可以提高儿童保健的建卡率以及健康知识得分,促进儿童保健积极发展,因此可以进行临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of integrated management on child health care in the community. Methods With the pilot project of Ma Yongzhen community health service center in Dongguan City, the joint household registration department, family planning department and neighborhood committee distributed 800 questionnaires to the community and 780 copies were effectively collected. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the community was integrated Before and after the management of children’s health card rate and health knowledge scores for comparative analysis. Results Before the integrated management, the registered rate of children’s health care in this city was 94.89% and the rate of non-local children’s health care card was 37.55%. After integrated management, the building rate of children’s health care in this community was 96.72%, non-city registered children health card rate was 83.00%. After the integration of management, the registered rate of children’s health care in this community has been significantly raised. Before integrated management, the scores of health knowledge of children and parents in our community were (5.01 ± 2.65) and (5.69 ± 2.64) points, respectively. After integrated management, the health knowledge scores of children and parents in our community were (6.67 ± 2.53 ) Points and (6.36 ± 2.53) points. After integrated management, the scores of health knowledge of children and parents in our community were significantly higher than before the integration management. The difference was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion Integrated management has a very good effect in community health care. It can improve the rate of children’s health and the score of health knowledge to promote the positive development of children’s health. Therefore, it can be applied clinically.
