针对大型立式圆筒形储罐底板设计特点,论述了底板检漏仪器设计及结构的确定,以及空气流场在检漏仪内部的数值模拟,确立了检漏仪的有效检测范围、压力梯度,涡流的形成及风的形成情况,提出优化检漏仪的设想。考虑到圆筒形常压储罐的检测级别,已经可以满足基本的检验要求。故可以大范围的推广使用。
