目的:就首发未治疗青少年抑郁症患者神经认知功能与性激素水平的关系进行研究分析.方法随机选取我院接收诊治的400例首发青少年抑郁症患者、200例健康体检者,分成研究组(首发青少年抑郁症患者)和对照组(健康体检者),应用化学发光法对研究组治疗前后、对照组血清黄体酮(P)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)浓度展开逐一检测,观察对比患者治疗前后性激素实验室指标变化以及与对照组的差异.结果研究组治疗前男性血清睾酮水平相比于治疗后明显更低(P<0.05),研究组治疗前男性、女性血清雌二醇水平相比于治疗后均明显更低(P<0.05);男性患者治疗前瑞文检测总正确题数与睾酮、雌二醇水平正相关;知觉辨别正确题数与睾酮、雌二醇水平正相关;智商数、抽象推理与雌二醇水平正相关;男性患者治疗后知觉辨别正确题数与黄体酮水平正相关;女性患者治疗前瑞文检测总正确题数、智商数及抽象推理正确题数均与黄体酮、睾酮、黄体酮水平正相关;自觉辨别正确题数与黄体酮水平负相关;女性患者治疗后瑞文检测总正确题数与睾酮负相关,与雌二醇水平正相关;自觉辨别、抽象推理与睾酮水平负相关;智商数与与睾酮水平负相关,与雌二醇水平正相关.结论青少年抑郁症患者神经认知功能受性激素水平变化重要影响,经治疗后性激素水平仍表现为异常. “,”Objective To study the relationship between ifrst-episode treatment of adolescent analysis on neurocognitive function in depressed patients and the level of sexual hormones.Methods randomly selected in our hospital received the diagnosis and treatment of 400 ifrst-episode adolescent depression patients, 200 healthy subjects, divided into study group (ifrst onset depressive adolescents) and control group (healthy), before and after the treatment, the study group control group serum progesterone chemiluminescence (P), testosterone (T), female glycol (E2) to start one by one to detect differences in concentration, observation of sex hormone laboratory indexes before and after treatment in patients with and comparing with control group.Results the study group before treatment, serum testosterone level in men compared to after treatment was signiifcantly lower (P〈0.05), the study group before treatment of male, female serum estradiol level were significantly lower compared to after treatment (P〈0.05); male patients before Revan detection of total correct question number and testosterone, estradiol levels are related positive correlation discrimination; correct problem number and testosterone, estradiol level; positive correlation IQ, abstract reasoning and estradiol levels of male patients after perception; distinguish the right number of questions and progesterone levels are positively correlated; female patients before Revan detection of total correct question number, IQ and abstract reasoning are positively related to correct problem number and progesterone, testosterone, progesterone levels; consciously distinguish the right number of questions and progesterone levels after treatment in patients with negative correlation; female Raven detection of total correct question number and testosterone negative correlation, positive correlation with the levels of estradiol; negative correlation consciously distinguish, abstract reasoning and testosterone levels; IQ number associated with tes
