通过对180万吨/年催化裂化装置吸收稳定瓦斯系统的改进,实现了吸收稳定系统在再吸收塔压控阀失灵的情况下通过新配一条DN200管线直接自动泄压至低压瓦斯放火炬系统,以及装置内蒸汽加热炉在全厂管网瓦斯压力超低的情况下通过一条DN150管线直接由本装置瓦斯供本装置内瓦斯加热炉瓦斯用气,从而保证了因稳定系统瓦斯压控阀失灵引起稳定系统憋压导致气压机喘振的安全隐患和因全厂瓦斯系统压力低导致蒸汽加热炉熄炉引起发装置停工的安全隐患。使吸收稳定系统在正常操作条件下得到了优化,提高了装置的长周期运行水平。
