针对某型号永磁直流力矩电机电刷与弹簧片的手工钎焊的工艺问题,提出采用精密电阻点焊工艺,并进行了焊接试验,设计了焊接夹具,确定了合适的工艺规范。试验结果表明:利用精密电阻点焊方法焊接电刷与弹簧片,其接头的一致性、机械强度、电气性能及工作寿命均明显高于手工钎焊。从焊接接头的金相组织可以看出,弹簧片与电刷之间以固相连接为主。
Aiming at the problem of manual soldering process of a certain type permanent magnet DC torque motor brush and leaf spring, a precision resistance spot welding technology was proposed and the welding test was carried out. The welding jig was designed and the proper technological specification was determined. The test results show that: the use of precision resistance spot welding method of welding brush and spring, the connector consistency, mechanical strength, electrical performance and working life were significantly higher than the manual brazing. From the welded joints of the microstructure can be seen, between the spring and the brush to solid-phase connection-based.
