作者对阿苯哒唑及左旋哒唑联合防治肝、腹部包虫病进行了实验研究。结果显示:LMS及ABZ均能有效阻止CE原头蝴及AE感染材料在小鼠腹腔内的生长、发育,明显降低感染率及CE包囊的数量,与LMS及ABZ单独用药相比,两者联合用药效果更佳,似有协同作用。在药物的作用下,仍有部分CE原头蚴及AE感染材料能够在小鼠腹腔内生存、生长及发育,且其角质层及生发层的病理改变与对照组相比无显著性差异。提示包虫囊肿对药物耐药性的产生。实验治疗结果表明LMS对已形成的CE及AE包囊均无明显影响。ABZ对两者均有一定疗效,与此相比,LMS及ABZ联合用药效果更佳,两者均可引起包虫囊肿角质层及生发层的变性、坏死。但程度有明显差异,ABZ引起的病理变化以生发层变性为主,而联合用药组则以生发层的坏死、脱落为主,显示LMS能有效地增强ABZ的效果。对AE实验治疗小鼠腹腔包虫组织进行重种植实验,接种于同种系小鼠腹腔内,各组均有包虫囊肿再生,表明药物的作用较局限,尚不能完全杀灭包虫组织,使其丧失再生能力。
