《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》(以下简称《纲要》)颁布以来,创造高质量的幼儿教育,促进幼儿健康发展,逐渐成为大家的共识。可以说,高质量幼儿教育的追求最终会转化为对教师的要求,因此,提高教师的整体素质,帮助教师有效实现教育理念到教育行为的转变显得尤为重要。经过几年的实践研究,我园逐步摸索出了一种“以园本教研为途径,以互助交流为主要方式”的教研模式,有效促进了教师专业的发展。
Since the promulgation of the “Guidance Outline for Kindergarten Education (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as “the Outline”), it has gradually become the consensus of all people to create high-quality early childhood education and promote the healthy development of children. It can be said that the pursuit of high-quality early childhood education will eventually translate into a requirement for teachers. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the overall quality of teachers and help teachers effectively change their educational philosophy to educational behavior. After several years of practical research, I gradually developed a park to explore a “teaching and research as a pathway to mutual aid and communication as the main mode of” teaching and research mode, and effectively promote the development of teachers.
