患者男性,39岁。查体未见异常。附图为Ⅱ导联,窦性频率54～59次/分,尚规整。PR逐渐延长,出现了3个完整的文氏周期,但不典型。房室比例从4:3～6:5。Ⅱa可见2组不同PR间期的心搏,如R_1-R_3,PR较长(0.36～0.38s);R_4-R_3,PR较短(0.16～0.24s)。2组PR分别显示逐渐延长,最后R波脱漏。在另外一个文氏周期中,以长间歇前PR突然显著延长为特点,
