本文对41例0~3月小婴儿肺炎进行了前瞻性临床观察,对其体液紊乱有关酸硷平衡失调及红细胞内钾钠、血浆中钾钠的改变进行了探讨。结果表明,除血气分析的改变外,肺炎极期及好转期红细胞内钠浓度升高而血浆钠浓度低于正常对照组,且细胞内钠与血浆中钠呈负相关关系,这提示在肺炎极期及好转期存在细胞内外钠离子的转移。同时,红细胞内钠与钾亦呈负相关关系。结合文献,本文对红细胞膜的作用加以讨论,并推测其它细胞可能有相应改变,即在小婴儿肺炎时存在细胞内外离子的转移,低钠血症可能亦与此有关,但单纯肺炎体钠缺乏与否或缺乏程度有待进一步深入研究。
