目的:探讨加减抵当汤对胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠血浆AngⅡ的影响;方法:造模大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、加减抵当汤高、中、低剂量组、罗格列酮组,治疗12周后用放射免疫法检测血浆AngⅡ及FBS、FIns、ISI、WBV、PV含量。结果:与模型组对比,加减抵当汤高、中剂量组IR大鼠血浆AngⅡ含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:降低IR大鼠血浆AngⅡ含量可能是加减抵当汤改善IR的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of decoction and decoction on plasma Ang II in rats with insulin resistance (IR). METHODS: Model rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of addition and subtraction decoction, rosiglitazone, and rosiglitazone. After 12 weeks of treatment, plasma Ang II and FBS, FIns, ISI, WBV, and PV contents were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with the model group, the content of plasma Ang II in the IR rats in the high-and middle-dose group was significantly decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Decreasing the plasma Ang II content in IR rats may be one of the mechanisms of improving IR by adding or reducing soup.
