在人工气候室长日低温(昼/夜:24℃/20℃,光长14.5h)和武汉自然短日高温条件下,分别研究了7个光温敏不育系育性临界温度。结果表明,供试光温敏不育系对低温敏感期大致为雌雄蕊形成期至花粉母细胞减数分裂期,以套袋结实率为指标时,长日不育的下限温度次序为W6154s>W7415s,N58s>33001s,N5047s,31111s,N5088s;在武汉秋季自然短日高温条件下,粳型光敏不育系N58s,33001s,N5088s和N5047s的套袋结实率与抽穗前20~10d的日均温呈显著负相关,31111s的套袋结实率也与其抽穗前15~5d的日均温呈显著负相关,短日可育上限日均温范围为28.76~32.38℃,各品种次序为33001s>N5088s>N5047s>N58s>31111s。
The critical temperature of fertility of 7 thermo-photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile lines were studied under the conditions of long day low temperature (day / night: 24 ℃ / 20 ℃, light length 14.5h) and natural short day and high temperature in Wuhan. The maximum daily average temperature range of short day fertility was 28.76 ~ 32.38 ℃, and the order of the varieties was 33001s> N5088s> N5047s> N58s> 31111s.
