利用PIV测试地面驱动螺杆泵井筒偏心环空中流体的流场,研究了流体轴向速度的分布规律以及流量、抽油杆转速与流体压力梯度的关系。结果表明,地面驱动螺杆泵井筒中,宽间隙处流场容易产生紊流;流体轴向速度呈M形分布,不是典型的凸抛物线形,而是有少许波动;压力梯度随抽油杆转速的增加而降低;在给定的试验条件下,抽油杆最佳转速为18r/min,质量浓度600mg/L聚合物溶液在偏心度为40%的偏心环空中的压力梯度最小,最节能。
Using PIV to test the flow field of fluid in eccentric annulus of ground driven screw pump, the distribution of axial velocity and the relationship between flow rate, sucker rod speed and fluid pressure gradient were studied. The results show that the turbulent flow in the wellbore of ground-driven screw pump is prone to turbulent flow. The axial velocity of the fluid is M-shaped, not a typical convex parabolic curve, but with a slight fluctuation. The pressure gradient varies with the speed of the sucker rod Under the given experimental conditions, the optimum rotation speed of sucker rod is 18r / min, the pressure gradient of the polymer solution with mass concentration of 600mg / L in eccentric annulus with 40% eccentricity is the smallest, and the most energy-saving.
