应用黑龙江省尚志县克山病病区粮喂养大鼠4个月,观察到喂病区粮大鼠其红细胞NADH—高铁血红蛋白还原酶活性明显低于非病区粮喂养的大鼠;病区粮单纯补充硒对此酶影响不大,而病区粮同时补充硒和维生素E以及同时补充硒和维生素B_1均能明显提高其活性。病区粮喂养大鼠其高铁血红蛋白还原速率低于非病区粮喂养之大鼠。
