高校学报是高等院校对外交流的学术窗口,学报编辑人才是高校的宝贵资源。然而,由于各种原因,高校学报人才长期以来得不到应有的重视。通过对河南省32所高等院校学报编辑人才的学历、职称、年龄结构以及影响编辑队伍稳定因素的调查研究发现,只有构建合理的编辑人才梯队,创造适宜人才发展的环境,合理使用人才并加强继续教育来培养人才,才能真正地留住人才,使学报得到健康的发展。
College journals are the academic window for foreign exchange of higher education institutions, and journals editors are the precious resources of colleges and universities. However, due to various reasons, the talents of university journals have not received due attention for a long time. Through the research on the academic qualifications, job titles and age structure of the editors of 32 university journals in Henan Province and the factors influencing the stability of the editorial team, we found that only by building a reasonable editorial staff, creating an environment suitable for the development of qualified personnel, using reasonable talents and strengthening them Continuing education to cultivate talent, talent can really retain, so that the Journal of healthy development.
