目的总结医疗机构门诊西药房管理中存在的问题并对其进行规范。方法结合三级综合医院评审的要求以及工作实践,针对门诊西药房管理中存在的问题如药品的贮存问题、摆放问题、有效期问题、处方调剂质量问题等6方面进行分析并提出改进措施。并以服务投诉、差错投诉、取药等候时间、药品报损率、患者满意度等指标评价改进措施的成效。结果针对存在的问题,提出相应的改进措施,提高工作效率,降低了差错、减少患者投诉,降低了药品报损率,提高患者满意度,使各项评价指标均有不同程度的改善。结论结合三甲医院评审要求,对门诊西药房实施制度化、规范化、系统化的管理,对提高药学服务质量,保障患者安全、合理使用药物具有重要意义。
Objective To summarize and standardize the existing problems in the management of western pharmacies in medical institutions. Methods Combined with the requirements of the third-level general hospital review and work practice, this paper analyzed and proposed the improvement measures to the existing problems in the management of outpatient western pharmacy, such as storage of medicines, placement problems, expiration date, quality of prescription adjustment and so on. And to service complaints, error complaints, taking medicine waiting time, drug damage rate, patient satisfaction and other indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of measures to improve. Results For the existing problems, the corresponding improvement measures were put forward to improve work efficiency, reduce errors, reduce patient complaints, reduce the rate of drug damage and improve patient satisfaction, so that all the evaluation indicators have improved in varying degrees. Conclusion Combining with the reviewing requirements of top three hospitals, it is of great significance to improve the quality of pharmacy services, ensure the safety of patients and use drugs rationally by carrying out systematic, standardized and systematic management of outpatient western pharmacies.
