知识服务是图书情报工作的生长点,是发展知识经济和提高知识创新水平的有效途径,随着信息技术和信息环境的改变,高校图书馆信息服务将逐步走向更深层次的服务——知识服务。为达到知识服务的目的必须将内部的信息管理发展为知识管理配套知识服务的进程。本文就二者的基本架构和关系进行了梳理和思考。
Knowledge service is the growth point of library and information work, which is an effective way to develop knowledge economy and improve the level of knowledge innovation. With the change of information technology and information environment, the information service of university library will gradually move towards a deeper service - knowledge service. In order to achieve the purpose of knowledge service, the internal information management must be developed into the process of supporting knowledge service of knowledge management. This article combs and thinks about the basic structure and the relation between the two.
