目的 对贺兰山黄芪的根进行化学成分研究。方法 运用层析手段和波谱解析对其根部的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。结果 得到 3个异黄烷及一个异黄酮类成分。结论 化合物 3为新化合物 ,结构为 2′,4′-二甲氧基 -3′-羟基 -异黄烷 -6-O-β-葡萄糖甙 ;化合物 1和 4为黄芪属植物中首次发现。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the root of Astragalus membranaceus in Helan Mountain. Methods The chemical components of the roots were separated and identified by chromatography and spectral analysis. The result was 3 isoflavans and one isoflavone component. Conclusion Compound 3 is a new compound with the structure of 2′,4′-dimethoxy-3′-hydroxylisoflavan-6-O-β-glucoside. Compounds 1 and 4 were first discovered in Scutellaria.
