研究了 粉末冶 金方法制 取的 Mo3 % Re 合金的 力学性 能。结果 表明,与纯 Mo 材 料及用干混法制取 的 Mo3 % Re 合金 相比,干 湿混合法 制取的 Mo3 % Re 合金具有 较高的 抗拉强度 和再结晶开始温度 。在900 ~1 400 ℃ 退火温度 范围内, Mo3 % Re 合 金丝 材试 样的 抗 拉强 度与 退 火温 度的关系具有 显著的线 性回归 特征。 Mo3 % Re 合 金丝样 的再结晶 开始温度 约为1 200 ℃。
The mechanical properties of Mo3% Re alloy prepared by powder metallurgy method were studied. The results show that the Mo3% Re alloy prepared by the wet-dry mixing method has higher tensile strength and recrystallization onset temperature than pure Mo material and Mo3% Re alloy prepared by dry blending method. In the range of 900 ~ 1 400 ℃ annealing temperature, the relationship between tensile strength and annealing temperature of Mo3% Re alloy wire samples has a significant linear regression characteristic. Mo 3% Re alloy wire sample recrystallization start temperature of about 1 200 ℃.
