目的研究马蔺(Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis)的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex HL-20柱色谱法及重结晶等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果从马蔺体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,并鉴定其结构为:5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(hispidulin,1)、5,4′-二羟基-6、7-亚甲二氧基黄酮(kanzakiflavone-2,2),5-羟基-7、4′-二甲氧基黄酮-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖(embigenin,3),5-羟基-7、4′-二甲氧基黄酮-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖-2-O-L-鼠李糖(embinin,4),5、7-二羟基-苯并呋喃色酮(ayamenin B,5),1、3、6、7-四羟基口山酮-2-C-β-D-葡萄糖(mangiferin,6),胡萝卜苷(7),β谷甾醇(8)以及papuline(9)、3-苯基乳酸(α-hydroxybenzenepropanoic acid,10)。结论其中化合物1~3,5,7~10均为在该植物中首次分得,化合物9、10为本属植物中首次发现。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of Iris lactea and identified as follows: 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-6-methoxyflavone (1), 5,4 ’ - dihydroxy-6,7-methylenedioxyflavanone (kanzakiflavone-2,2), embigenin-3 (5-hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone- ), 5-hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone-6-C-β-D-glucose-2-OL- embinin (4), 5,7-dihydroxy-benzofuran Ayamenin B, 5, 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxysorbene-2-C-β-D-glucose, And papuline (9), α-hydroxybenzenepropanoic acid (10). Conclusions Among them, compounds 1 ~ 3,5,7 ~ 10 were first isolated in this plant, and compounds 9 and 10 were found in this genus for the first time.
