近年来,按照国网公司紧密结合县级供电企业财务管理发展实际,上下联动、协同推进财务集约化管理,创新工作方法,提出“1+4”财务管理新思路,即:一条主线:以促进市县级供电企业财力集约一体化建设为主线;四项机制:建立健全常态工作管理机制、财务稽核内控机制、财务动态对标机制、财务人员成长成才机制、推进业财协同机制。力求建成市县级供电企业横向集成、纵向贯通的一体化财务信息工作平台。
