为了探索防治烟蚜的新型药剂,以虫口减退率和防治效果为评价指标,在田间对70%吡虫啉WP、5%吡虫啉EC、5%啶虫脒ME、10%12a-羟基鱼藤酮EC和25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯EC 5种药剂进行了田间药效试验。结果表明:以新型烟碱类杀虫剂5%啶虫脒ME 1 000倍液、70%吡虫啉WP 1 250倍液和5%吡虫啉EC 1 000倍液的田间防效较理想,药效发挥快且持久,施药1、3、5、7天后的防效均超过了90%,显著优于对照药剂25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯EC 2 000倍液的防效,并且对烟株安全无药害,可在烟草上推广使用;新型植物源杀虫剂10%12a-羟基鱼藤酮EC 1 000倍液对烟蚜也有一定的防治效果。
