机组的增大 ,冷却水塔不断加高 ,对施工提出更高要求。河北电建一公司在邯峰电厂一期工程冷却水塔施工中 ,一改过去传统的井架吊桥式施工运输方法 ,采用曲线电梯、折臂吊施工工艺 ,取得较理想的效果。此方法有占用施工场地少、工期短、节省费用、降低劳动强度等优点。此外 ,对模板工艺进行合理改进 ,增大了模板面积 ,由承插式连接改为卡子连接。
Increased units, cooling towers continue to increase, put forward higher requirements for construction. During the construction of the cooling tower of the first phase of Hanfeng Power Plant, Hebei Electrician Construction Company changed the traditional method of construction and transportation of derrick suspension bridge and adopted the curve elevator and folding cranes construction technology to achieve better results. This method has less occupation site construction, short construction period, save costs, reduce labor intensity and so on. In addition, a reasonable improvement of the template process, an increase of the template area, from the socket connection to clamp connection.
