基于燃气互换性理论分析和压力式空/燃比例阀供气系统的功能研究发现,在工业炉进行焦炉煤气与天然气混空气转换应用时,当两种气质的华白数偏差为-2%~7%时,工业窑炉的热流量偏差也为-2%~7%,而燃气通过压力式空/燃比例阀进行供气燃烧后,工业窑炉过量空气缺少3%~11%,结合工程实际供气时空气系数一般为1.1~1.2时,气质转换后空气系数为1.07~1.17,满足正常的燃烧要求。实际试验结果也证明在系统不做巨大变更情况下,气质转换后工业窑炉能正常燃烧。
