目的选择止嗽定喘口服液中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定的最佳条件。方法观察乙腈)0.1%磷酸、0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾*甲醇、乙腈+0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾三种流动相,比较了硅藻土法、蒸馏法和药典方法(2005年版药典一部)3种供试品的处理方法。结果蒸馏法处理的供试品盐酸麻黄碱损失最少,其色谱峰面积最大,在0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾,乙腈(100∶4,磷酸调pH=2.70,加0.1%三乙胺)为流动相,流速1.5ml/min,柱温40℃,检测波长207nm条件下,盐酸麻黄碱的色谱峰峰型最好。结论选定的条件可将盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱分开,且杂质峰干扰少,是止嗽定喘口服液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定的较佳条件。
Objective To choose the best conditions for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhibi Dingchuan Oral Liquid. Methods Three mobile phases of acetonitrile, 0.1% phosphoric acid, 0.01 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate * methanol, and acetonitrile + 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate were used to compare diatomite method, distillation method and pharmacopoeia method (2005 edition pharmacopoeia). One) Three methods for handling the test sample. Results The ephedrine hydrochloride was the least of the samples treated by the distillation method. The peak area of the chromatogram was the largest, at 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate, acetonitrile (100:4, pH adjusted to 2.70, plus 0.1% triethylamine). Mobile phase, flow rate 1.5ml/min, column temperature 40 °C, detection wavelength 207nm, the best peak chromatographic peaks of ephedrine hydrochloride. Conclusion The selected conditions can separate ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and the impurity peak interference is less. It is a better condition to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhifan Dingchuan Oral Liquid.
