目的应用3D技术定量评价透明质酸注射隆鼻对鼻外形及面部整体外观的改善效果。方法对接受透明质酸注射隆鼻的14例患者,采集其注射隆鼻前后的面部3D扫描数据,应用三维重建软件Mimics 10.0和Geomagic Studio2013分别测量并对比术前和术后的鼻长、鼻宽、鼻根高度、鼻尖高度、鼻额角、鼻唇角等数据。结果本组14例患者注射剂量为(0.7±0.2)ml,注射隆鼻术后鼻长、鼻根高度及鼻尖高度较术前均有所增加,鼻额角改善(P<0.05);鼻宽及鼻唇角变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。所有患者术后无不良反应及并发症发生。讨论注射隆鼻可以显著改善鼻根低平;应用3D技术可以直观、立体、方便并精准地测量注射后鼻外形的变化,是一个可量化评估鼻外形变化的有效工具。
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the effect of hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty on nasal shape and facial appearance by 3D technique. Methods Fourteen patients who received hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty were collected before and after the injection of rhinoplasty. The three-dimensional reconstruction software Mimics 10.0 and Geomagic Studio2013 were used to measure and compare the nasal length, , Nasal height, nose height, nasal angle, nasolabial angle and other data. Results The injection dose was (0.7 ± 0.2) ml in 14 patients. The nasal length, nasal height and nasal tip height increased after the rhinoplasty, the nasal angle improved (P <0.05) No change was found in nasolabial angle (P> 0.05). No postoperative adverse reactions and complications occurred in all patients. The discussion of rhinoplasty can significantly improve the nasal lowness. The application of 3D technique can be used to measure the changes of nasal shape after injection, intuitively, stereoscopically, conveniently and accurately. It is an effective tool to quantitatively evaluate the change of nasal shape.
