弗朗茨·韦尔弗是20世纪前半叶德语国家最著名的作家之一。他生前和死后获多项殊荣。其作品在欧美引起了广泛关注,早在1932年就有关于他作品的博士论文,他的不少作品被拍成电影。可是,国内德语文学界对他的介绍、研究却极不相称。这方面的介绍,真可谓凤毛麟角,关于这位作家的研究尚属空白。这篇文章分为3个部分。首先,它讨论了国内外关于弗朗茨·韦尔弗的研究现状,接着较为详细地介绍这位作家及其作品,最后,文章分析了他的名作《小市民之死》。 Franz Welver was one of the most famous German-speaking writers in the first half of the 20th century. He received many awards before and after his death. His works have drawn wide attention in Europe and the United States. As early as 1932, there was a doctoral dissertation on his works, and many of his works were made into films. However, the introduction and study of his German literary circles are extremely disproportionate. The introduction of this area is so rare that the research on this writer is still blank. This article is divided into 3 sections. First of all, it discusses the domestic and international research on the status of Franck Weaver, and then introduces the writer and his works in more detail. Finally, the article analyzes his masterpiece “The Death of a Small Citizen”.
