本文用薄层色谱法对参芪活血生脉胶囊中人参及川芎进行了鉴别,并同时测定了黄芪甲甙的含量,其平均回收率为97.8％。(CV=1.89％)。本法重现性好,结果准确。
In this paper, the ginseng and Chuanxiong in Shenqihuoxueshengmai capsules were identified by thin-layer chromatography, and the content of astragaloside was determined. The average recovery rate was 97.8%. (CV = 1.89%). This method has good reproducibility and accurate results.
